Proposed functionality

Breaking out from the feature request: https://github.com/netbox-community/netbox/issues/19801 to support multiple new types of coaxial cable by adding additional organization of the cable types drop down.

Current grouping:
copper
Fiber

Suggested grouping:
copper|ethernet
copper|coaxial
copper|other
fiber|multimode
fiber|singlemode
fiber|other
other

Use case

This is really just a readability option, breaking copper cables into types of copper, and fiber into types of fiber.
