Expand the interface types list to include external SAS interfaces.

I think this would be a simple addition to the choices.py under the class InterfaceTypeChoices

here are 3 external interface types I would expect to be the most popular
SFF-8644 (Mini SAS HD)
SFF-8088 (Mini SAS)
SFF-8470 (Infiniband)

Use case

Adding External SAS Interfaces to Netbox and think that it would be extremely beneficial as many users most likely have storage arrays they model and being able to document them accurately having proper interface types is important.

I don't think any DB changes would be required.

Sorry Netbox team I must not have properly scoped my search when I was looking to see if there were previous FRs for this. I will follow FR#11506. It definitely seems like there is a desire by the community to be able to document storage arrays cabling along with other components.
