If not, could Service be changed to link from one to many VMs/Devices, so it can be used as a software repostory
Or even , for example, "SQL Server" Port 1433 as one service entry linked to many VMs or Devices?

Use case

One to many vms/devices so that to avoid multiple services, like "SQL Server, 2433" linked to all VMs/Devices that have SQL installed
