Proposed Changes

On the Configuration->System Parameters page, the INTERNAL_IPS section says “…(and DEBUG is true).” This isn’t consistent with how other sections mention the Debug setting.

This is shown on the same page under the LOGGING section, it says “Additionally, if DEBUG is False…”

What this ticket is about is to change the first example from “… is true…” to “… is True…”

This also is found on the “ Security & Authentication Parameters” page as well, in addition to an update to the grammar/punctuation
