Steps to Reproduce

  1. Under circuits -> providers -> provider accounts -> add
  2. fill in required boxes and add a description, then select create
  3. Resulting account does not show description.

Expected Behavior

Description should be visible when looking at a provider account

Observed Behavior

description field is not present

Thanks for reporting this issue — I can confirm that the description field is indeed missing from the Provider Account detail view template.

I’d be happy to submit a fix for this.
