Steps to Reproduce

  • Create multiple IP ranges
  • Edit a single IP range
  • Note the "Mark utilized" checkbox
  • Select multiple IP ranges and "edit selected"
  • Note the absence of a "mark utilized" option

Expected Behavior

An option to edit the "mark utilized" state of the ranges should be available

Observed Behavior

No option is visible

For completeness:
I'm not sure about the python version inside the docker build but don't expect it to matter.
Updating to v4.3.0-Docker-3.3.0 also yields the same result

There is a "Treat as fully utilized" dropdown which does this when you "edit selected" on the IP ranges:

Sorry about the confusion, I got the title correct and then my brain glitched.
"Mark as populated" is missing when editing multiple ranges.
