Proposed Changes

Extend the security policy (SECURITY.md) to note that compliance reporting is available only for commercial products provided by NetBox Labs. It is not offered for users of NetBox community edition.

Justification

This will help clarify that a vendor relationship with NetBox Labs exists only for commercial customers.
