Proposed Changes

Remove the instructions for installing and upgrading NetBox on CentOS systems. CentOS is effectively no longer maintained, having been replaced (officially) by CentOS Stream and (unofficially) Rocky Linux. At the same time, maintaining two parallel sets of installation instructions is cumbersome for maintainers and can be confusing to the reader.

Moving forward, we will provide comprehensive installation instructions for Ubuntu only, which are generally applicable to all Debian-based distributions.
