Noticed that Django Debug Toolbar has a special code snippet they recommend using if you are using Htmx-boost, which we are. See: https://django-debug-toolbar.readthedocs.io/en/latest/installation.html#htmx

We should investigate and add this if needed.

Justification

Not having this could cause issues on the Htmx pages when using django-debug-toolbar and is recommended if using Htmx-boost, it is probably easy to overlook if you aren't trying to use the debug-toolbar on a page with Htmx-boost and difficult to track down if you didn't know about this issue.
