NetBox version: 2.0.9

As reported by Nick White on the mailing list, there is a bug in the status field of PrefixCSVForm. The available choices should be PREFIX_STATUS_CHOICES, not IPADDRESS_STATUS_CHOICES. (See also #1273 for a related bug.)

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
