Comments do not word-wrap in view page for Circuits, Devices, etc. #10914

Comments are only properly viewable from the Edit page of Devices, Circuits etc. because the text seems to have all line breaks removed in the View page, which makes no sense, as it's almost impossible to properly read them there as a result. We have to go into Edit to view them with proper line breaks.

Use case

We go into the Circuits category and click on any circuit item entry to view it. The comments section is all smushed together with IP ranges and gateways etc. all printed as a long string over a few lines, making it very hard to read. We click on Edit and voila! the comments area is displayed correctly with line breaks and we can read it clearly, but only from Edit view. It's not practical to always have to jump into Edit in order to correctly display the comments section.

Could you provide a screenshot of the comments in question? Note that Markdown formatting requires 2 line breaks between text -- please check #15380 for a possible duplicate.
