Steps to Reproduce

1/ Login with a user which has the full set of permissions available in the object Permission, but isn't a Superuser
2/ Try to sync a datasource

Expected Behavior

Be able to view and click on the Sync button in Netbox.

Since the user have the all the permissions available in Netbox, it means it is not possible to choose if a user can Sync a datasource or not.

Observed Behavior

No button available to click and I can't add the Permission to sync a datasource.
