Proposing to modify the NetBox Labs Resource Center button

so it does not block page content.
I suspect this could be addressed in several ways; examples:

  1. Allow the button to be removed/toggled by user preference
  2. Replace the button with a side navigation menu button
  3. Adjust the z-index property so notifications appear in front of the button
  4. Move the button to another location that is less problematic
  5. Programmatically show/hide the button

Use case

Occasionally the button blocks needed content on the page that cannot be resolved by scrolling:

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
