match 'tagged item types' to 'related objects' behavior #10430

Proposed functionality

Click "Organization " -> "Sites"
when clicking on a site you have a "Related Objects" section that lists circuits, locations, prefixes, etc. This table has each row clickable. You can click anywhere in the row and that takes you to the list of objects for that type.

Click "Customization" -> "Tags"
when clicking on a tag you have a "Tagged Item Types" section. This table list works similar to "Related Objects" but not exactly. You can't click the entire row to take you to the list of objects, you have to specifically click the number.

This request is to ask for the "Tagged Item Types" section to look and work like the "Related Objects" section. The number of objects would have the color around the number, and the entire row would be clickable.

Use case

This would be visually consistent between two tables that convey similar information.
Making the entire row clickable would also make navigation faster/easier.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
