Proposed functionality

Adding interface type DOCSIS Timing Interface. It's similar to 10BaseT and uses RJ-45 plugs, but is dedicated to timing synchronization. see https://volpefirm.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/01/CM-SP-DTI-I05-081209.pdf for more info

Use case

This would be of use to Certification labs and cable operators who use NetBox to keep track of their labs or their headends.

Unfortunately this is not considered a network interface and would make sense to introduce in NetBox.
