Proposed Changes

Deprecate the staged changes API in preparation for its eventual removal from NetBox.

Justification

The recently released netbox-branching plugin provides a much more robust and scalable solution for the functionality this feature was intended to deliver.

Impact

Any users of this API (of which we expect there to be a fairly small number) will need to migrate to using the netbox-branching plugin before the staged changes API is removed in a future release (v4.3 at the earliest).

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
