htmx:targetError on home page of NetBox #10182

Steps to Reproduce

Click on the cog icon on the ‘NetBox News’ widget

Expected Behavior

Display “NetBow News”'s widget settings

Observed Behavior

After updating to NetBox 4.1.0, I can no longer open the settings for the "NetBow News" widget on the home page.

On the browser console, I get this error:

The error occurs for any other widget on the home page.

@TheGuardianLight can you please re-check the reproduction steps, I can click on the gear / cog icon fine and it brings up the settings dialog fine.

@TheGuardianLight can you move this over to a discussion then (https://github.com/netbox-community/netbox/discussions) I think that will open it up to a wider audience and might narrow down the issue. Closing this bug for now as it looks like it might potentially be a specific config issue.
