Proposed functionality

Suggestions from the Plugins Catalog team:

  1. drop the published + updated fields - as these aren't very informative.
  2. Add displaying the installed version (if appropriate) and the latest version available via the API/catalog.

Use case

The published date isn't very helpful, whereas showing the installed version and the latest version available is (to highlight that an update is available to the plugin that is installed)
