Can not focus a monitor with an empty monitor #90

If in my main monitor, I switch to an empty workspace then I switch to my second monitor I can not switch back, but if the workspace in my main monitor is not empty then it lets me switch back.

Also I will be updating later with more info, but I think is not just that, Somethings it will just not move to the other monitor, even if the workspace is not empty. But I'm not sure yet.

As I mentioned on the Discord, I have not been able to reproduce this issue with a two-monitor setup (yet).
