Move-Window-to-Monitor does not re-orient source monitor. #84

Repro:

Say I have 2 Windows on Monitor 1 and none on Monitor 2
Send one of the Windows to Monitor 2.

Expected:

Each Monitor will have 1 Window occupying all the space.

Actual:
Monitor 1 is left with 1 Window and vacant space for the window that was moved.
Monitor 2 has the whole window

Thanks for the clear steps to reproduce! I was able to reproduce this on my machine and have pushed a commit to the master branch addressing the issue.
