Summary

JetBrains IDE tile works properly on startup and in the project selection menu.
But once a project is opened, JetBrains cannot be tiled?
When switched to another workspace, it brings the JetBrains IDE to the current workspace without tiling either.

Note: The issue happens to all JetBrains IDE in my system.
