Summary
Leaves a ghost tile
when switched to another workspace and pressed on vs code, instead of switching the workspace to vs codes.. it brings vs code to the current workspace without tiling it.
this is crucial as its impossible to leave without vs code tiling

I fixed the issue, uninstalling some extensions did the job.. seems they were conflicting with komorebi. You may close this thread now. Thank you

I think i unistalled some ui extensions like custom ui, apc, glassit vsc..
