Per the PolyForm source license:

If you make changes to a PolyForm license, you must remove all mention of "PolyForm" and polyformproject.org, as well.

This repo's README currently describes its license as "a fork of the PolyForm Strict 1.0.0 license", which is a violation of the above.

This can be re-opened if someone from the PolyForm project disagrees.

My reading of the quoted snippet is that it refers to references of "PolyForm"and "polyformproject.org" in the license text (of any modified license) itself, not to discussions about lineage.

I say this because the only reference to "polyformproject.org" is ever in the license texts themselves.
