Bug Report: Komorebi Transparency Issue with Dialogs and Windows

Summary:
When Komorebi is used and certain software like VBScript Editor for Excel is open, all dialog boxes become transparent, making the window very hard to use. The issue requires reopening the window multiple times to regain functionality.

Steps to Reproduce:

Launch Komorebi.

Open VBScript Editor for Excel.

Attempt to use dialog boxes (e.g., save, open, or any other popup dialog).

Expected Behavior:
Dialog boxes should be fully visible and functional without transparency issues.

Observed Behavior:
All dialogs and the main window turn transparent, requiring the user to repeatedly reopen the window to use it properly.

Additional Information:

Software Version: Komorebi (please specify the version)

OS Version: (please specify your operating system)

Workaround:
Reopening the window sometimes temporarily resolves the issue, but it is not a reliable solution.

Thanks for the extra video. I would suggest either setting these windows to float or be ignored, because the visual basic editor is a very poorly designed GUI application which does not seem to respect many of the basic conventions for Windows application development.

You can either add:

I would suggest ignoring them completely, because if you press the "X" to quit the visual basic editor, it doesn't actually quit and just hides the app until you switch back to the workspace again.
