### Summary
When I plug my ultra-wide monitor in to my laptop the komorebi bar doesn't update it's width to fill the new resolution.
After restarting the bar it fills the width as expected.

I'm not sure I want to bring monitor event handling into the bar. For now this is going to be a wontfix, but if I reconsider in the future I'll reopen this.
