Summary

I'm running Pyscharm in WSL using GWSL. Komorebi completely ignores new windows, but it works fine if I restart Komorebi (komorebic stop, komorebic start) while a window is already open.

komorebic gui output for the window (output not changing after restart):

Komorebi also starts to manage a window after after minimizing (alt+m) it.

My first suggestion would be to try adding this process here: cbe5b24f73/komorebi/src/lib.rs (L165-L168)

Adding the following to the config fixes the issue:

"object_name_change_applications": [
  {
    "id": "GWSL_vcxsrv.exe",
    "kind": "Exe",
    "matching_strategy": "Equals"
  }
]
