Summary
I'm running Pyscharm in WSL using GWSL. Komorebi completely ignores new windows, but it works fine if I restart Komorebi (komorebic stop, komorebic start) while a window is already open.

My first suggestion would be to try adding this process here: https://github.com/LGUG2Z/komorebi/blob/cbe5b24f736a14eebbf6d407a1ee6014f72c29f1/komorebi/src/lib.rs#L165-L168

Adding the following to the config fixes the issue:
```json
"object_name_change_applications": [
{
"id": "GWSL_vcxsrv.exe",
"kind": "Exe",
"matching_strategy": "Equals"
}
]
```
