Describe the bug
The border is getting painted on top of pop up windows and dialog boxes

To Reproduce
Open 3+ instances of notepad. Type some text and attempt to close notepads such that a pop up window will ask whether you want to save the document.
Alternative: Maximize a window with the mouse

Expected behavior
The border should not be painted on top of these windows.

Found C:\Users\MIUUSU\.config\whkdrc; key bindings will be loaded from here when whkd is started, and you can start it automatically using the --whkd flag

I turned off the feature due to the issue, and won't be able to confirm that, but thanks for the update. The issue can be reopened if the issue reoccurs.
