Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
My USB4 dock often loads my monitors at different times, causing the monitors workspaces are on to swap.
There doesn't seem to be a command for cycling the currently focused workspaces across monitors

Describe the solution you'd like
something like komorebic cycle-monitor-workspaces next

Describe alternatives you've considered
I've looked through the documentation, and I have found many commands for cycling windows to other monitors, and windows to other workspaces.

None of them are sufficient (especially considering this cycle-move-to-montor focus behavior)

Additional context
While my main motivation for this is to fix my dock populating my displays in a random order every time I un-hibernate, I can see this being useful for a lot of my workflows too, where I swap between active focus and swap space monitors.
