[BUG]: Very thin gaps around some applications, #249

I have gaps set to 0 and most applications do work as expected, but some show small gaps mostly at the bottom. The apps that I found that do this are:

Discord
The windows explorer
The windows terminal (the new one)

Reproduction steps

Install komorebi
Set gaps to 0
Open one of the applications I mentioned

Expected behavior
I'd expect the windows to seamlessly touch the edges

Screenshots and Videos
You can see the tiny gap on the left (terminal), but not on the right (notepad)
