I suspect your problem is actually focus-follows-mouse making it impossible for you to grab the window borders. I'm also on Windows 10, and I found that, with active window borders enabled, I can resize windows as long as focus-follows-mouse is disabled. I have a HotKey defined for toggling focus-follows-mouse, because it's useful for other things, too (e.g., clicking in the System Tray and Start Menu).

I had focus-follows-mouse disabled. Resizing with active borders disabled works fine.

I gave komorebi a fair chance of a week of using it and switched back to bug.n due to stability. Whenever the issues I've submitted get addressed (which I'm in no rush for them to be, as someone that works in OSS as well, it's annoying to be rushed to do things), I will give komorebi another try.

This was likely fixed a long time ago, but is definitely fixed as of 6a1ed3bcaa
