Describe the bug
Active window border are thicker in some cases and will obscure part of the window, such as opening the window, closing the window, switching workspace. And if switching focus, it will return to thin.
If a new window is opened, the focus will be on the new window and the border will be thicker.
After closing a new window, the border of the previous window will become thicker.
If switching to another workspace, the border will be thicker.
If switching focus, it will return to thin.
Expected behavior
Active window border keeps thin.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. If a new window is opened, the focus will be on the new window and the border will be thicker.
