Describe the bug
If changing to another workspace from monocle layout workspace and switching back to the monocle layout workspace, the focus of the monocle window will be lost and change to previous window, although the monocle window is still displayed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Assuming that the first workspace has 2 windows, the focus is on the second window, and the workspace layout is monocle.
Switch to the second workspace.
Switch back to the first workspace
Then the focus is on the first window, although the second window is still displayed.
Expected behavior
Focus of monocle workspace should remain on the monocle window after switching back to the workspace.
