Currently, when toggle-float is called when a monocle container or maximized window is selected, the wm will ignore the monocle window and try to float the last known focused container window on the workspace.

The wm should check for the existence of both monocle containers and maximized windows when toggling floating mode for the focused window and handle either of those cases if they exist before falling back to operating on the last known focused container on the workspace.
