Currently, there is no way to force all windows to be of the the same size. If you change the window sizes through any mean, there is no easy way to make them back to the original size they were supposed to be.

You can remove resizing adjustments in bsp layout with komorebic.exe retile - I keep this bound to alt - shift + r.
