Noticed in a comment in #2377, sometimes people will try to edit users with the CLI after they have logged in via OIDC.

We should return an error if there is an attempt to edit a user with login type OIDC. It will be overwritten when the user logs in again and OIDC is the only source of truth.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
