Tailscale official function, a very convenient way to share files with WebDAV and manage file sharing permissions with ACLs.

Description

This function is implemented in Tailscale official client by command tailscale drive and documented here https://tailscale.com/kb/1369/taildrive

As documented in jsiebens/ionscale#62, Taildrive requires support for nodeAttrs and grants in ACL policy.
