Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

When you click your profile in the Tailscale menu, then click "Add Another Account," instead of prompting the user to login again, it simply disconnects and immediately reconnects.

The same thing happens when you run the command tailscale login from cmd.

Expected Behavior

Tailscale opens the website giving me the headscale command to run to add another user.

Steps To Reproduce

Environment

- OS: Windows 10
- Headscale version: Tried in 0.23.0-alpha-12 and 0.23.0-beta-1
- Tailscale version: 1.70.0 (Latest at this time)

Runtime environment

  • Headscale is behind a (reverse) proxy
  • Headscale runs in a container

Anything else?

No response

Looks like this issue is on all operating systems. The issue is that headscale does not allow you to move the device key to another user, and I have found no way to generate a new machine key.

Is this a regression from 0.22.3?
