After following the guide for setting up the Windows client by setting registry keys, attempting to log in still directed me to the default login URL.
Fortunately, I found that running tailscale up --login-url ... (i.e. the same as for Linux) in Administrator PowerShell worked just fine.

Have you made sure the client is not running (including the Windows Service) when you added the registry keys? There is a Windows service that will not pick up the change until it is restarted.

If the part of the documentation is not up to date, we would really appreciate a PR with updated instructions.
