This PR expands a bit the relation with Tailscale in our README.md.

Basically, Kristoffer is a part of the Tailscale technical staff and he is allowed to spend work hours working in headscale.

Only us the maintainers set the direction of the project. Our only obsession is to have a sustainable project that does not get us burned out.
