Adds Headscale Admin to web-ui.md and adds periods at the end of sentences.

In README about this project it states it's in beta stage so I've put is as that, although I'm not sure if that would give readers impression that it's considered better than other solutions (I don't have an opinion on that matter, just pointing this out).

  • added unit tests
  • added integration tests
  • updated documentation if needed
  • updated CHANGELOG.md
