This might be related to the workaround I had to implement for the latest openssl versions. Can you tell me which openssl version you are using?

@lukas2511 shame on my it is a very old version in this case: OpenSSL 1.0.2k-fips

Can you try removing the -noout option from line 1955 and see if that works for you?
