Describe the feature/enhancement

Similar to the ability to combine a multi-file book into a single m4b file, I would like the ability to split a book into multiple m4b files. This will be particularly useful for books sold as anthologies or omnibuses.

For books that are already multi-file, this seems pretty straightforward. Have the user select the files associated with each book. Then run ffmpeg multiple times for each book separately.

For books that are already single file, the user could select the chapters for each separate book. ffmpeg should be able to split out the books based on the timestamps.

There are a few similar issues already:

https://github.com/advplyr/audiobookshelf/issues/511. This was closed as not planned, but this feature would negate that one entirely.

https://github.com/advplyr/audiobookshelf/issues/785. This feature would mostly negate that one, as long as the user is willing to split anthologies into multiple files.
