Describe the feature/enhancement

Most people who listen to audiobooks, myself included, eventually find a few narrators they enjoy most, as well as narrators that they cannot stand. It would be great if we could have a place to 'rate' narrators within our ABS instance.

My initial thought would be to add another tab, similar to Authors, but for Narrators instead. This would populate with a list of all the narrators associated with books in the library, and a little bit of data about them that you can fill out (rating, accent, mood, etc). Most important is a Rating field of 1-5 stars, but a 'tagging' system of sorts would be a great feature as well. A few dropdown fields you can select predetermined values from to enrich the ability to find narrators from your library.

Id love to be able to search for a 'Male' gender, 'Calming' narrator, Rated (by me) 4+ stars, who has an 'English' accent to query the performance of the book itself, rather than the content of the book. In this case, my search here might return Neil Gaiman narrated books.

As it stands, Audible doesn't have any sort of Narrator 'profile page', so I'm not sure that creating a tab similar to the 'Authors' tab for 'Narrators' is the way to go about it. Unfortunately, since there would be no metadata to pull in about the narrators, it might be too annoying to use for people who don't want to fill out their own thoughts on a narrator past a rating.

The Audible Creators Exchange (ACX), which seems to be a repository of 'Narrators For Hire' by Audible, but doesn't seem to have an API for getting narrator profiles at this time. Even then, it seems more geared towards indie narrators trying to get contracts for books, as opposed to a metadata repository of all authors iin existence. This means Big Name authors (Neil Gaiman, Colin Morgan, Barack Obama, and other celebrities) who have narrated books, have no profile on the page.

One potential issue would be Full Cast recordings of books, where each Cast Member is listed as an individual narrator, but may only appear as an actor in one book. This could lead to quite a bit of cluttering up of a page if a user has multiple full cast productions of books (I know I do).

Quick and dirty mockup of a fully featured Narrator Form page layout:

Links to their Audible profile page would also be nice and perhaps fields for their socials and personal website.
