The scanner only seems to add just one book to the shelf, looks to be the last one matched in the folder. How do you suggest I rename these so that all the versions are added?

EDIT: Some books are added twice, but most are not. The ones that are added twice seem to have already had cover images in their folders and they differ form one to the other.

Sorry, I did not realize it did not have the top level folder in there. Yes, these are all under the authors name (added to the original post).

You sent me your directory tree, but that short stories isn't in there.

They are all MP3 based, each folder is a single set of files.

Of the three iRobot books, only one was added, however, when I went to look to answer this they are there now. So I am wondering if I was just not being patient enough. I think I'd call this tentatively resolved as a fluke.

The folder watcher waits a few seconds before scanning when updates are seen, so not sure what happened there, but glad it is good. I'll close this one for now.
