Describe the feature/enhancement

To really decentralize podcasts, it would be nice if by choice an instance of audiobookshelf could optionally be configured to read the https://github.com/Podcastindex-org/podping.cloud blockchain for when podcasts have new episode(s). As well as using a dump of the podcastindex.org database to start a local podcast metadata database.

Download our full podcast database as a sqlite3 file over IPFS here or using HTTP here.

Then the podcast search can use the local database of podcast metadata to find podcasts.

I love the idea of utilizing podping. Adding this would also mean Audiobookshelf could get added to newpodcastapps.com which would help more people discover it (there’s a filter for podping, among other things).
