Describe the issue

While listening to a book, at the 7:39:23 mark, the audio cuts out and will not resume at all past that point.

Attempted to listen to the audio in:

  • Orion Browser (Webkit based)
  • Mobile App

I also validated that the m4b file is playing audio past that part with an audio player to ensure there was no issue with the file itself. No log output is generated in the application log files.

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. play the audiobook past a certain timestamp

I'm not sure how to reproduce this issue. Playing the audio file in another player doesn't necessarily mean that nothing is wrong with the audio file. VLC media player for example can handle poorly encoded audio files that most other audio players won't.
