Describe the feature/enhancement

Where there is an author > book structure, allow an author photo and desc.txt to determine the author information as per the manual metadata in a book folder. This should work in combination with the author splash page in issue #187, and allow any missing author metadata to be manually added by the user, if they wish to use it.
