Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Most of my self hosted services have their own custom branding to fit their use, would love to have it here too.
Custom Header in web browser, custom logo and favicon, even custom css.
The logo and name change should also apply to the PWA.

Why would this be helpful?

For a more personalized experience tailored to each hosted instance.
