I would greatly appreciate a way to filter for items that don't have a particular tag.

Why would this be helpful?

When trying to keep a subset of books tagged, it is required to review the items without that tag and decide if they need it. Currently that is very difficult.

Future Implementation (Screenshot)

It could be the same as the Tag filter but Without tag.

You can do latter already, using the missing selector.

Oh, very nice! My apologies for missing that. It would still be great to support a filter for items missing a specific tag.

If you only use tags for one thing, then seeing non-tagged is great. If you have tags for multiple purposes, then that is insufficient. In that case to properly review all items you need to see everything without a specific tag.
