Describe the Feature/Enhancement

Many of the podcasts I have downloaded are in MP3 format. It would be nice to have ABS auto-convert the podcasts to M4B with equivalent bitrate. It would also be nice to auto-convert already-downloaded MP3 to M4Bs during a overnight period when usage is low.

Why would this be helpful?

M4B files are smaller in size.
